Exchanges and returns

Exchange of the same item for another size:

If it is an exchange where the same item is to be exchanged for a different size:

Return the item addressed to us and write an email to Mail@ZeitgeistRecyclingStudio.com:

Subject: Exchange (Enter order number here).

Please exchange the item (enter item name here) for the size (enter desired size here).

As soon as we have received the item, we will resend the item in the desired size. This service is free of charge in Germany.

Exchange for another item:

If an item is to be exchanged for another item, this is considered a normal cancellation. Return the item and order the other desired item. The normal right of withdrawal applies to the returned item.

Returns:

It is advisable to send the item with tracking to prevent problems with shipping or receipt. We will not refund lost parcels sent without tracking.

What is the procedure for a return?

A return requires a cancellation of the purchase contract in electronic form by email to mail@zeitgeistrecyclingstudio.com or printed out and enclosed with the goods.

As soon as the goods have been returned to us and checked by us, we will initiate the refund.

Shipment tracking:

There is a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Attention, this email might be in the spam folder of your email service provider.

If you have registered with DHL using the same email address you used to order from Zeitgeist Recycling Studio, you should be able to see the tracking link immediately after logging in to DHL.
